If you are looking for a true mud tire, look no further! These have the deepest tread of any mud tire you can find, 28/32 tread depth.
NEW 1st line Buckshot Wide Mudder N78-15 Bias Tire in size N78-15 is about 31x9.50-15 which replaces 7.00x15, 235/75R15, 30x9.50R15 and 31x10.50R15. The tire is Load Range C (6 Ply Rated) for Light Trucks. Tire measurements are based on inflated height and width after mounted on a rim. All tire dimensions are approximate. Bias tires will grow after mounting.
There is only one size available in 15 inch N78-15 which is about 31 inches tall. This is it we DO NOT have larger sizes. The 15 inch Buckshot tire is NOT studdable, Do Not contain stud holes.
The tires do have a DOT code so they are legal to run on the street although these tires were always intended for off road use and never meant to be a touring tire. If you want a tire to cruise up and down the road with that gets good mileage and are quiet, please buy an all season radial. Because of the 30/32 tread depth the tire will not balance perfectly. No warranty for ride, tread wear, or chopping. But if you are looking for the best mudding tire for your money than these are the tires! Please keep in mind when purchasing tires, that if a tire has a P in front of the size, such as a P235/75R15 that it is a Passenger/Sport Utility rated tire and will carry a 4ply rating. If the tire has an LT in front of the size, such as an LT235/85R16 the tire is designed for use on Light Trucks, and will carry either a 6,8 or 10 Ply Rating. P.R. or Ply Ratings on tires are now used in comparison for what used to be termed as plies. If a tire carries an ST in front of the size, such as an ST235/80R16 these tires may only be used on a trailer, and not on a vehicle.
